This one-day Finance & Accounts Training Course is designed to provide delegates with an understanding of the budgeting and forecasting process and its terminology.

The course includes budget analysis methods, sales and cost budgets and variances analysis.  The course contains practical exercises designed to reinforce the skills and knowledge gained.

•  Budgets – a plan of activity for a specific period of time
• The purpose and benefit of budgets
• Sales budgets
• Costs budgets
• Reviewing actual results against budgets and forecasts
• Budget format, logistics and timetable
