This one-day Balance Sheets, Costs and Finance for the non-financal Manager course is ideal for any non-financial manager who requires an overview and understanding of balance sheets, budgets and finance as well as for SME owners and managers. The course will provide delegates with a good understanding of the components of financial statements.
