Booking a Course

Course fees

• 1-day courses cost £315 + VAT per delegate
• 2-day courses cost £590 + VAT per delegate

Additional delegates from the same company who book on the same course are entitled to a 10% discount 

Timings

We ask delegates to arrive for by 9.15am ready to start the course promptly at 9.30am.  Courses will finish by 5pm. 

Payment

The course fee must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the course to retain the place.

Certificate of attendance

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

Cancellation and transfer policy

Prior to 10 working days before the course a full refund or one free transfer to another date will be given. Between 10 and 5 working days before the course there will be no refunds but a transfer to another date can be made at a charge of 15% of the course fee. Within 4 working days no refund or transfers can be made and you will still be liable to pay the full course fee. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time, but we would appreciate notice of this wherever possible.

In the event of cancellation by Haysden Training Limited for whatever reason liability will be limited to a refund of any course fee paid.
